Eggshell Nautilus from Homer Laughlin. The pattern is a eggshell color background with maroon and gold design. The round covered vegetable / casserole bowl with lid measures 11" at the widest part in diameter x 6" high approximately. It is marked on the bottom of the Homer Laughlin Eggshell Nautilus Made in the USA.
NOTE: When you remove the lid, there is a small crack on the inside top of the dish that is shown in picture #2. It shows signs of use such as light surface scratches on the gold and the pattern itself, as is expected for its age.
