Orders pending payment are due paid in full within 72 hours. Please note: we do not ship to P.O. box addresses. If you submit an order with a P.O. box, we will cancel it.
ORDER TRACKING, RECEIPT & REFUNDS
All items are photographed prior to shipment and are always shipped with delivery confirmation to provide traceable shipment tracking on all packages to assure our customers their orders will be received. U.S. customers will receive your order within 10 business days. Overseas orders will take up to 13 business days. If an item gets lost in transit, you will receive a prompt, full refund.
Full refunds are provided if you receive a shipment that was the result of our error (wrong item), and you must contact us at http://contact-bargain-closeout-outlet.blogspot.com/ within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. When contacting us to arrange for a return in this case, please be as descriptive as possible. All returned items will be inspected and will not be provided a refund if the item was used. If the return is the result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. All returns resulting from our error, require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which will be provided when contacting us. Include the RMA with the return shipment label (if applicable), along with the item in new, unused condition with tags, and ship back via trackable shipping method - postmarked with 3 days of RMA issuance to receive a full refund. If you do not use a traceable method to return your item to us it will be difficult to refund in the case of loss.
Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at http://contact-bargain-closeout-outlet.blogspot.com/ When contacting us regarding damaged shipments, include photos to show damaged item and keep all packaging & materials included with shipment in order for insurance claims to be processed by the shipping carrier service so your refund may be expeditiously processed.
No other refunds are provided.
PRICES: Prices are as marked. Our charges include the cost of preparation (time and materials) of the package for shipment, the cost of locating difficult to find/discontinued items, as well as the cost of shipping charges incurred to obtain the item as well. For discontinued products in restricted supply, our cost to obtain the product is up to 200% or more of the normal face value. No order is ever placed without the buyer agreeing to all charges up front. Therefore, buyers shall not leave negative feedback or disparaging comments about charges they have accepted on an order they have made a decision to place.

CANCELLATIONS: Once an order is placed, a cancel button on Google Checkout is available to customers for 15 minutes. After that, orders move forward to the fulfillment stage and may not be cancelled.
RESERVED RIGHTS: We reserve the right to cancel orders after they have been placed (i.e. Orders with unconfirmed or unregistered Paypal addresses , questionable addresses, due to product defects, damage, recall, etc.)
